Reversing Years Of Damage

I am 19 years old, 5'3". I currently weigh 130 and I know that is considered perfect for my height but that is not the point. I am not comfortable with my love handles and the fat between my legs. I want to be firm, strong and thin.
My goal use to be 120 and I reached it. But I ultimately failed and gained those 10 lbs back. ( I would blame college)

My new weight loss goal is 110 lbs by next summer.
